Corporate Relations Program – External Communication Affairs
a. Conduct surveys of corporations and human resources regarding Deaf employment rights, opportunities, disciplines and discriminations.
b. Contact human resources department at several Fortune 500 corporations to assess and train recruiters for Deaf job applicants.
c. Explore employment hiring processes such as interviewing, screening, hiring, assessing reasonable accommodations, training, retaining, disciplining and terminating Deaf employees.
d. Arrange and deliver Deaf employment workshops.
