Deaf Advocacy Relations Program  
a. Designs and develop advocacy training materials.
b. Provides advocacy workshop to Deaf voting citizens and members.
c. Provides advocacy workshop to parents, teachers, executives, legislators, etc.
d. Charters a Civil Rights Relations Program
e. Contacts civil rights organizations and survey the impact and resolutions on Deaf related rights, social and political issues.
