Responsibilities:

1. Performs under direction of the Board, neutral of all ties within the organization and outside.

2. Establishes task force set forth by Executive Team to investigate and make recommendations. 

3. Writes policies governing all positions, appointments, committees, and responsibilities in the association. 

4. Investigates all internal matters to assure accountability, credibility, ethnics and integrity.
