Before he passed a difficult exam, he developed his own three-ring notebook that answered to all possible questions by the postal customers that would be used for his clerical performance at the examination, he passed with flying colors. Yet the supervisors were reluctant but with persistence and support, he won the position. Additionally, Scott built on his resume by wanting to help other deaf people in his employer, Wisconsin Association of the Deaf and National Association of the Deaf. Thus their political pursuant was put on shelf since 1990.
